Can I upgrade/downgrade my plan?

You can upgrade your plan anytime. You just need to click on the "Upgrade" button. The upgrade will be effective immediately.

To downgrade, you need to get in touch with us here: support@prioridata.com

Once we understand what your needs are and found the best plan for you, we will downgrade your account. The downgrade will be effective at the end of your billing cycle.
